Frequently Asked Questions

Click on the person icon in top right corner of screen to log in to your wholesale account using your registered email address and place your order. You can also email your order to "orders@kellyhughes.com" and we will send a link to complete the order.

 Once your order is placed, it typically goes into the production process within 24 hours. If you have a change, please email us at "orders@kellyhughes.com" with your order number and we will do our best to make the changes as requested.

 If you receive an order that has an error or is damaged, please email "orders@kellyhughes.com" within 5 business days of receipt so we may correct the problem. Include a photo of the item . If an item is broken, please note if the box was damaged as well so we can alert the carrier.

 Rush production (1-2 days) is available for tabletop items only for a $16 fee per 4 items. Please search "Rush Fee" and add it to your order before checking out. If you have more than 4 items, add the correct number of rush fees. Your order will ship via ground in 1-2 business days.

See our care instructions here. Our plates, bowls and platters are dishwasher safe and microwave safe. We recommend to hand wash and dry these items when possible to ensure the colors stay vibrant for the life of the product. Never use harsh or abrasive cleaners, steel wool or scouring pads. Do not use serrated knives or other sharp utensils, as they can scratch the surface. Do not use detergents with chlorine bleach or other bleaching agents. If you intend to run your dinnerware through the dishwasher, we recommend Cascade powder or gel for the best results to keep colors vibrant. 

Our placemats are sealed with a heavy laminate and should be wiped clean. Do not put placemats in the dishwasher.

 

 

No, we do not. While we do everything possible to deliver the highest quality products, what happens to items once out of our hands is out of our control. Please make sure to pass on product care instructions to your customers.
